Zebra Cake Recipe

Chocolate Refrigerator Cake also known as Chocolate Ice Box Cake in our household was called Zebra Cake.  I’d like to think I started that name but one look and it is not too original of a name, especially when you make a diagonal cut into a very chilled cake.

Ingredients are easy:
Whipped Cream and Nabisco’s Famous Chocolate Wafers

It is a little time consuming to make it but the hardest part is waiting for it to be chilled long enough for the cookies to soften up.

Over the years we’ve used different containers for holding it and have found we love the clear round glass casserole dish the best.
